Itinerary


1. Arrive Moscow
Be met at the airport and transfer to your hotel. This evening, enjoy a Welcome Dinner, accompanied by Russian folklore.

2. Moscow
Embark on a tour that includes Red Square and St Basil’s Cathedral. Afterwards, board your river ship.

3. Moscow
Take a guided tour of the Armoury Museum within the walls of the Kremlin, a historic fortified complex that was once the royal residence of the Czars (Tsars).

4. Moscow
Choose how to spend your day by selecting your preferred activity.

5. Uglich
Dock in the Golden Ring city of Uglich, where you will set off on your chosen experience.

6. Yaroslavl
Arrive in Yaroslavl, which traces its roots back to the Vikings.

7. Goritsy, White Lake
Dock in Goritsy and visit the Monastery of St Cyril on the White Lake and its Museum of Icons. Later, cruise the White Lake.

8. Lake Onega, Kizhi Island
Situated on Lake Onega, Kizhi Island is home to some of Russia’s most amazing wooden architecture. Marvel at the Transfiguration Church, built in 1714 without nails.

9. Mandrogi, Lake Ladoga
After cruising through the night, dock in the village of Mandrogi, teeming with traditional houses.

10. St Petersburg
Dock in St Petersburg today. During a tour visit St Isaac’s Cathedral, the Nevsky Prospect and the Peter and Paul Fortress. Travel to Peterhof Palace for a tour.

11. St Petersburg
Take a Hydrofoil ride to the State Hermitage where an exclusive experience has been arranged.

12. St Petersburg, Disembark Ship
Disembark for the final time. Tour Catherine Palace. Tonight, enjoy a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.

Take the high-speed Allegro train to Helsinki.

14. Helsinki
Today a guided tour takes you to sights including the Temppeliaukio Rock Church.

15. Helsinki, Stockholm
Spend a day in Nuuksio National Park, where an authentic encounter has been arranged. Then fly to Stockholm for your two nights stay.

Discover Stockholm on a city tour, including a visit to the Vasa Ship Museum. Later, choose your activity.

17. Stockholm, Sigtuna, Färna Herrgård
Visit Sigtuna, Sweden’s oldest town which features a medieval town square, low built wooden houses, old church ruins and runic stones. Upon arrival at Färna Herrgård in Sweden, choose your evening activity.

18. Färna Herrgård, Oslo
Today leave Sweden behind, as you enter Norway and head to the Capital, Oslo.

19. Oslo, Ålesund
Enjoy a city tour, including a visit to the Kon-Tiki Museum, which details the expeditions of Thor Heyerdahl, including Kon-Tiki, Easter Island and Tùcume. Then fly to Ålesund.

20. Ålesund, Geiranger
On your way to Geiranger, journey on the Trollstiegen road, one of the most scenic roads in the world.

21. Geiranger
Subject to weather conditions, delight in a visit to Dalsnibba Mountain. Afterwards, take a cruise on Geiranger Fjord. Be astounded by the deep blue waters of this UNESCO-protected area, engulfed by majestic mountain peaks.

22. Geiranger, Flåm
Travel to Flåm stopping along the way at Briksdal Glacier. Ride to the glacier in a ‘troll car’ and enjoy lunch.

23. Flåm, Lofthus
Visit the village of Gudvangen, where you will enjoy a relaxing cruise on Nærøyfjord, a sublime fjord that is surrounded by towering mountains up to 1,700 metres high. Take a ride on the Flåm Railway, a mountainous rail line often considered to be one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world.

24. Lofthus, Bergen
Enjoy a cruise on the pristine Hardangerfjord, the fourth longest fjord in the world, then visit a fjordside fruit farm, in the area known as ‘Norway’s fruit orchard’, where you will stop for afternoon tea.

25. Bergen
Enjoy time to explore the wondrous city of Bergen, surrounded by spectacular mountains and fjords.

26. Bergen, Copenhagen
Take an included flight to Copenhagen in Denmark.

27. Copenhagen
Join a local guide and tour Copenhagen. Admire Amalienborg Palace, originally built in the 1750s and is still the prime residence of the Danish Royal Family. Tonight at the beautiful Tivoli Gardens, enjoy a delicious Farewell dinner in this majestic setting.
